Mounting Options - Aluminum Angles
Aluminum Angles
"E" and "Z" Mounting
When the jamb is capped with steel the angle will face toward the opening, this is known as a E - Mount. When the jamb is wood or block the angel faces away from the opening, this is known as a Z - Mount.
Guide screws
The guides are fastened to the aluminum angle using #10x3/4" screws which are not visible on opposite side of angles, resulting in a nice, clean finish.
