Prepaid Shipping in Canada

Dynamic Closures’ quotes will include the cost for shipping our product to you in Canada. This cost will appear as a separate line item on your quote to allow you, our distributors, the option of having us arrange shipping when placing an order. Please be aware this is only an option and for those distributors who would like to continue to utilize their own carriers we would be more than happy to accommodate.

As a result of this change applicable sales taxes will be applied based on the FOB location when an order is placed. Those distributors who take advantage of having Dynamic Closures take care of their shipping needs will see applicable sales taxes applied based on where possession of the product is taken. For Example; If an order is being shipped to Alberta, however the job is in Saskatchewan, Dynamic will apply applicable Alberta taxes as possession of the product was in Alberta.

Hours of Operation

To help better utilize the available resources in our customer service department based on phone volumes and arrival patterns, the hours of operation for our customer service department will change to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

The changes to the hours of operation will take effect on Monday, September 3rd.

Holiday Hours
Dynamic Closures has set our 2012 holiday hours of operation well in advance to help our distributors better plan for the days we are scheduled to close. Our 2012 Holiday hours will be the following:

CLOSED - Mon. Dec 24 and Tues. Dec 25
Open Regular Hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) – Wed. Dec 26, Thurs. Dec 27 and Fri. Dec 28
CLOSED - Mon, Dec 31 and Tues, Jan 1
Open Regular Hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) – Wed. Jan 2, Tues. Jan 3 and Fri. Jan 4
